Chair of HRM and Personnel Economics (HRM)

  Team HRM

The Chair of HRM and Personnel Economics , headed by Prof. Dr. Christian Grund, not only addresses its courses to students who want to get involved in the field of human resources management, they are also conveying qualifications that support professional success in all areas of the company.

The goal is less the teaching of detailed instrument knowledge, but rather the focus is on analytical concepts in the field of HR management.

The lectures deal with theoretical models and their empirical examination, with the objective to explain the operational personnel work and to make recommendations for it.

Research focus
